All orders placed until midnight Sunday will ship for free via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We ship everyday from Los Angeles. For expedited orders, please choose UPS options. Live billing rates will apply.

• Matcha Source offers free shipping on all regular tea and accessories over $75 via USPS and $5 flat rate shipping on all other orders in the continental US.

Shipping to Canada

Matcha Source offers live rate shipping to Canada via USPS First Class and UPS Standard. USPS is less expensive but does not include tracking. UPS offers tracking numbers.

International Shipping

Matcha Source will ship worldwide. If you do not see your country listed in the drop-down menu on the checkout page, please call us at1 877 962 8242 or email info@matchasource.com with your request.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders typically ship within 36 hours from the time of purchase. If you require an overnight order, please call us at 1877 962 8242 or e-mail orders@matchasource.com to ensure same day service.  We can ship overnight until 5:00pm PST.

Looking for Gift Wrap?

May we suggest the recycle bin? We love gift wrap and packages tied up in string as much as anyone. However we've learned from Christmas' past gift wrapping is time consuming and the beautiful paper lives a short life before entering the landfill. We encourage you to find resources at home that reflect your own creative impulse. Maybe an brown paper grocery bag or beautiful magazine pages. Our Matcha Box Gift Sets do come in a keep-sake box. Refunds and Returns

Please shop carefully, there are no refunds on teas. Please refer to our Buyer's Guide or detailed product notes to determine which product is right for you based on flavor, intended use, price and size. Matcha Source goes to great effort to ship accurately based on your order and shipping information.
