Matcha Chia Breakfast Bowl with Fruit and Nuts


Soak 2-3 Tbsp of chia seeds in filtered water for about ten minutes. When done, the seeds will have absorbed all the liquid and the result is a pudding-like texture. Now blend with your favorite ingredients.
