What is cafe grade matcha?
Cafe grade matcha is made with less delicate tealeaves, has a
stronger flavor and is ideal for using in blended recipes, desserts and mixing
into lattes and smoothies. The price of ingredient grade is related to
how green the matcha powder is, denoting the quality of tealeaves used.
The greener, or "younger" a matcha is, the more expensive.
