This sifter and canister set is recommended for use with kilo size packages especially the Gotcha and Dakota ingredient grades. Sift several days worth of tea into the air-tight canister and store in the refrigerator to preserve freshness and taste. Spatula included, holds 100g of tea.

The set has two pieces: the sifter and the canister. The sifter has an extra outer ring that will allow you the place the sifter on top of the canister for sifting. Or take away the extra ring and the sifter fits perfectly inside the canister.

Note: Avoid using water to clean this sifter. Water will cause it to rust. To clean out excess matcha, tap the sifter over the sink, or use a dry brush.
